Garbe - PERE funds - M&A / regulatory

KCP Konrad acted as Luxembourg legal advisor to Greenberg traurig as lead counsel to an investment made by GARBE into a portfolio of 52 objects held by GRR Real Estate. The team was lead by Jens Konrad (corporate) and Paul-Sébastien cartert (regulatory).

Pontegadea - PERE M&A

KCP Konrad acted as Luxemborg legal advisor to Greenberg Traurig (Netherlands) as lead counsel to an acquisition by Pontegadea of a Dutch 87,000 sqm distribution center for approx. EUR 100,000,000 from Blackstone. Pontegadea invests on behalf of Mr Armancio Ortega, the founder of Inditex, known amongst others for Zara. The team was lead by Jens Konrad.
